For those traveling to work in China, a Chinese Work Z visa is necessary. An employment license or work permit granted by the Chinese government is necessary. The maximum number of days permitted will eventually be decided. Z visas are typically provided for single entries.
A person with a Work Z visa must enter China no later than 90 days after the visa is obtained, and they have 30 days after arrival to register at their local public security bureau. In place of the Z visa, which only allowed one entry per day for a year, a Chinese residency permit will be given. Below is a list of the conditions needed to obtain a Work Z visa.

Who May Request a Work Visa for China?
Foreign nationals who want to work in China and have a work permit can apply for a China work visa. The application age ranges from 18 to 60 years old. The applicant also has to:

• Possess a genuine employment offer from China.
• Hold legitimate travel documents.
• Possess the necessary training and expertise for the job.
The Requirements for a China Work Visa( Z Visa).
The following paperwork must be provided in order to apply for a work visa for China:
1: An active passport. Your passport must have at least two blank pages and a validity of at least one year.
2: A fully filled out application. The application form is online for your convenience. Except for the date and your signature, your application must be typewritten.
3: A photo the size of a passport. 48 mm x 33 mm, taken within the previous six months.
4: Chinese embassy or consulate-authenticated TEFL/TESOL certificate (only applicable for teaching positions).
5: Certificate of Registration for Resident Representative Offices of Foreign Companies. issued by the Chinese department for industry and commerce.
6: A paper approving performances for profit. Released by the Cultural Affairs Department of the Chinese government.
7: Medical checkup report from a hospital with authorization.
8: A Letter of reference.
9: A proof or an evidence showing you have no criminal history.
10: Notice letter for foreign workers’ work permits. issued by the People’s Republic of China’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Your employer must deliver the following records to the labor bureau in order for you to receive the notice letter:
• Degree or diploma (authenticated and authorized).
• A certification stating that you have at least two years of relevant job experience.
• A clean resume.
• Form for requesting a work permit.
• Checking the employment history.
• Confirmation of academic or professional credentials.
• The job contract in its entirety.
• Record of physical examination.
• Information on any accompanied individuals.

How to Apply for China Work Visa ( Z Visa).
You can easily apply for a China work visa by following these instructions, which will result in success:
1: Obtain employment in China. You need to have a job offer in China in order to go on to the following phases.
Request a notification letter for a foreign worker’s work permit. The local Labor Bureau must receive the relevant paperwork from your company. It takes three to four weeks to receive the letter of notification. This letter clarifies your employment eligibility in China.

5: Obtain the visa. After that, you must wait for the outcome of your visa application. Depending on how many applications the embassy accepts, processing for the China work visa typically takes 4 working days.

A new Chinese law established in April 2017 divides work permits into three categories: A, B, and C. Which category you fit into will depend on your credentials and abilities.
High-Level Experts, Class A.
If you have received a prestigious international award, you are considered a high-level specialist.
• You have a successful business career.
• The Youth Talent Project selected you.
• The talent plan in China found you.
• You’ll accept a difficult, government-sponsored job.
Professionals, Class B.
The following are examples of professionals: Possess a bachelor’s degree.

•A bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience are minimum requirements for teachers of foreign languages. They must also be natural speakers of the language they are instructing.
Lower-Skilled Workers, Class C.
The following situations qualify candidates as class C or lower-skilled workers:
• Enter China to find seasonal work.
• Enter China as part of a government-approved internship program.
